We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from The Cartridge Centre but we understand that you may want to return your purchase, therefore we offer a 14 day hassle free return policy.

IMPORTANT: Prior to returning your item, please email your order number and reason for return to info@thecartridgecentre.eu. Please wait for a member of our staff to contact you and authorise the return. We can't accept the return of any unauthorised returns.

If your item is unused, sealed in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it then you will be eligible for a return.

If the item is opened but you have ordered the incorrect item for your printer then we are unable to accept the return as we are unable to resell opened items. 

If the item is opened but you are experiencing issues then please email info@thecartridgecentre.eu with your order number and any supporting images and we will be able to organise a free of charge replacement. 

Please ensure that you include a note with your returned items that clearly states your returns authorisation number, if we do not receive this then we will be unable to identify the sender of the returned items and therefore we will be unable to process the refund.

IMPORTANT: Before you send a return you must contact us for a returns authorisation number.
